Q: How much does delivery cost?

  • Free Shipping: orders over US$99 (before taxes).

  • Standard Shipping: orders up to US$98.99US$7.99.

Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Tracking shows updates after the carrier’s first scan (typically within 24–72 hours from the ship date). You can also view status in My Orders when logged in.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes—before shipment. Email service@dollsrebel.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the parcel has shipped, please follow our Return Policy after delivery.

Q: Can I change item/color/pattern after placing an order?
If your order has not shipped, email service@dollsrebel.com and we’ll try to help. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible—please use our return/exchange process after delivery.

Q: How long will delivery take?

  • Transit time: 1–13 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and carrier).

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact service@dollsrebel.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the damage and your order number. We’ll assist per our Return Policy.

Q: I don’t want my item anymore—can I return it?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please see full conditions in our Return Policy.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale items, promotional freebies, coupon giveaways (clearly marked on the product/checkout page).

  • Items not in original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts/packaging).

Q: When will I see my refund?
After the return is received and inspected, we process refunds in 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank/card issuer may need 3–10 additional business days to post the credit.
