We want you to be happy with your DollsRebel purchase. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery and offer free exchanges for eligible items.
Returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy are issued as DollsRebel gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address associated with the original order and do not expire.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day return policy, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and included accessories where reasonably possible
- Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for eligible items.
If you ordered the wrong size, would prefer another size, or would like to exchange for another eligible item, please contact us at service@dollsrebel.com.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Replacement orders are shipped using standard shipping and may be sent after the original item is in transit or has been received, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at service@dollsrebel.com.
Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the issue. Photos of the packaging may also be requested where relevant.
We recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly. This recommended reporting period does not limit any statutory rights that may apply.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Where DollsRebel is responsible for the return, no return shipping fee will be charged.
Return Shipping
For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or item, not liking the style, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where available, we may provide a prepaid return label. If you use our prepaid return label for a voluntary return, a US$7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your gift card or refund, where permitted by law.
You may also be given the option to use your own tracked shipping service.
Final Sale Items
Items clearly marked Final Sale, Last Chance, or Warehouse Sale are not eligible for return or exchange under our voluntary return policy.
This restriction does not affect any mandatory rights you may have if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Refunds
For eligible returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, refunds are issued as a DollsRebel gift card.
Where applicable consumer law provides additional cancellation, return, or refund rights, those rights will apply. If applicable law requires a monetary refund, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another form of refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns. Where applicable law requires the refund of standard delivery charges, those charges will also be refunded.
Once a monetary refund has been issued, your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

- Photos if your request relates to damage, defects, or an incorrect item
Once your request has been reviewed, we will send you the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send items back to the address shown on the original shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Returns sent to an unauthorized or incorrect address may be delayed or may not be recoverable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law, the applicable law will prevail.
