Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items marked Final Sale, Last Chance, or Warehouse Sale
  
• Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging/tags not caused by us

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@dollsrebel.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for eligible items.

To request an exchange, please contact us at service@dollsrebel.com.

Please note:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Exchanges can only be processed for items that are currently in stock
• Replacement or exchange orders will be shipped using standard shipping after the return is in transit or has been received, depending on the case

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Return Shipping Fees

• For returns due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, not liking the style, or no longer wanting the item, the $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund
• If the return is due to a verified quality issue, incorrect item, or damaged item, no return shipping fee will be charged

Important Notes

• Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or not accepted
• We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address provided by the customer
• If a return package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier and our support team so we can assist you
