1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

United States (USD)

• Standard Shipping: US$7.99 for orders under US$99
• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after shipment

Euro Area (EUR)

For customers in countries using the Euro, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, and Finland:

• Free Shipping on orders over €85
• Standard Shipping: €6.99 for orders under €85
• Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after shipment

United Kingdom (GBP)

• Free Shipping on orders over £75
• Standard Shipping: £5.99 for orders under £75
• Estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days after shipment

Canada (CAD)

• Free Shipping on orders over C$135
• Standard Shipping: C$10.99 for orders under C$135
• Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days after shipment

Australia (AUD)

• Free Shipping on orders over A$139
• Standard Shipping: A$11.99 for orders under A$139
• Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days after shipment

Japan (JPY)

• Free Shipping on orders over ¥15,800
• Standard Shipping: ¥1,300 for orders under ¥15,800
• Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after shipment

3. Total Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Transit time

For example, if your order is shipped to the United States, the total estimated delivery time is typically 10–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on local carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, peak seasons, or address-related issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

• Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate
• The first update may appear only after the carrier receives and scans the parcel at its sorting facility

5. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons.

If your order is split into multiple packages, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email and tracking number for each shipment.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, prices shown at checkout may not include import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

If applicable, these charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate and complete before placing your order.
